Our team had the privilege of hosting the Twin-Loop project’s General Assembly Meeting in the vibrant city of Catania, Sicily. Set within the iconic Museo Diocesano — a place where tradition and innovation converge — the event represented a key milestone for this Horizon Europe initiative aimed at transforming energy efficiency in electric vehicles.
As the proud coordinators of Twin-Loop, we are excited to spearhead this ambitious effort to create an Open Framework for TwinOps and Digital Twin technologies designed specifically for Electric Vehicles. Our ultimate mission: to dramatically reduce EV energy consumption and open the door to smarter, more sustainable mobility solutions.
Partners from across Europe convened for substantive sessions centered on the Advisory Board and the project’s Use Cases, working to achieve alignment on technical strategies and shared objectives.
A detailed assessment of milestones, deliverables and forthcoming targets ensured that all stakeholders are advancing with clarity, coherence and a unified strategic direction.
Both informal exchanges and structured networking opportunities facilitated the development of new professional relationships and strengthened existing collaborations, further reinforcing the cooperative ethos underpinning Twin-Loop.
Interactive sessions stimulated new ideas and yielded actionable insights, providing participants with renewed impetus and a clearly defined roadmap for the next stage of the project.
